 Hi,     

My name is Dorcell James. I am a realtor with Dauphin Creek Realty. I have been a resident of Mobile County for most of my life.  I have been interested in real estate for many years, but I finally decided to become an agent within the past few years. I have been a part-time agent, but recently decided to become a full time realtor. I love being in a position to be able to help buyers find the home of their dreams. One of my goals is to assist low to medium income families with becoming homeowners. The gap between available housing and medium to low income families is huge and still growing. I may not be able to close the gap completely, but I want to have a significant impact trying. I also work with investors that are interested in buying distressed properties to renovate for rentals properties. That may help with decent housing for medium to low income families as well. My main focus is to help everyone that is interested in homeownership to find the home that they have always wished for and more. I know real estate can be challenging, but it’s a challenge that I’m ready to take on.
